- Received wrong item(s) or damaged item(s):
If your order was received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving. We are not responsible for any damages done during or after washing or Use of the item(s). ALN Clothing Line will then e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the return has been processed, the proper item(s) will be reshipped and tracking will be provided via e-mail.
